Key Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Conversion projects.
Lead and manage the application development team, driving performance and delivery.
Engage with multiple teams to make key technical and project decisions.
Oversee the design, development, and configuration of Oracle Cloud applications.
Act as the primary contact for application-related queries and issues.
Ensure successful delivery of projects, including timelines, quality, and compliance.
Provide solutions to technical challenges within the team and across multiple teams.
Guide and mentor team members on best practices, methodologies, and Oracle Cloud standards.
