Oracle Cloud Business Analyst

About the Role

Join Accenture as an Oracle Cloud Business Analyst, where you will help organizations transform their business processes and technology landscape through Oracle Cloud solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and support end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations that drive operational excellence and business value.

Key Responsibilities

. Analyze business processes, operating models, and system requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.

. Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment on business objectives and solution design.

. Support full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including discovery, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

. Assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state business processes and system capabilities.

. Develop detailed business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and related project documentation.

. Collaborate with technical, functional, and project teams to design and implement effective Oracle Cloud solutions.

. Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges and recommend practical solutions.

. Contribute to project planning activities, including scope management, timeline tracking, risk identification, dependency management, and status reporting.

. Support user acceptance testing, change management, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful solution adoption.

. Continuously evaluate business processes and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

. Proven experience in Oracle Cloud system implementations, including participation across the full implementation lifecycle.

. Strong business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and process design.

. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

. Strong stakeholder management capabilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

. Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders across multiple functions.

. Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or related Oracle applications.

. Project management experience covering planning, scoping, scheduling, risk tracking, and dependency management.

. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.

. Experience leveraging data analysis techniques to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive business outcomes.

. Relevant Oracle certifications or business analysis certifications are advantageous.

. Experience working within large-scale transformation or enterprise technology programs.
