Role Summary
Seeking a dedicated, hands-on Oracle Cloud Benefits Consultant to lead the Benefits rollout for operations in Colombia. The consultant must work independently, manage complete Benefits configuration, support CRP/UAT cycles, and ensure timely delivery during a compressed rollout timeline.
Mandatory Functional & Technical Skills
Benefits Configuration
- Deep expertise configuring Benefit programs, plan types, options, life events, and enrollment rules.
- Strong command of Benefits eligibility profiles, coverage rules, rate calculations, and enrollment windows.
Fast Formulas
- Advanced experience writing, debugging, and validating Benefits Fast Formulas (eligibility, coverage, rates, messages).
HCM Extensions & Integrations
- Experience with DFF/EFF to support Benefits rules, validations, and reporting requirements.
- Understanding of integration points between Core HR and Benefits (rate sync, enrollment dependencies, person changes).
Rollout Execution
- Hands-on support for CRP1, CRP2, SIT, and UAT.
- Experience with defect triage, root-cause analysis, and hypercare post go-live.
- Ability to document configurations (BR100), test cases, and SOPs.
Desired Skills (Colombia / LATAM Specific)
- Familiarity with Colombian statutory benefits:
- Local benefit structures
- Statutory employer/employee contribution rules
- Government-mandated plans
- Understanding LATAM payroll/benefits integration nuances.
- Exposure to fast formula requirements for Latin America.
Professional Attributes (Critical)
- Accountability: Works with minimal follow-up, provides proactive updates, meets timelines.
- Availability: Must be consistently available during EST/Colombia business hours.
