Oracle Cloud Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and define solution requirements
• Develop a collaboration framework to lead cross-functional teams across business, development, and IT
• Build and maintain functional and technical design specifications and data flows
• Develop prototypes and oversee solution development controls
• Participate in technology selection processes and manage vendor engagements
• Lead organizational change management and transition activities
• Contribute to project execution within agile and project management frameworks
• Participate in strategic initiatives and enterprise-level projects
• Support solution planning and estimation for implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Drive innovation and improve delivery practices across Oracle systems
• Maintain standards and frameworks for Oracle solutions
• Provide oversight for end-to-end solution delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance Applications, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in business requirements analysis, documentation, process mapping, and training material creation
• Experience working with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (SMC) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
• Exposure to Oracle CPQ is a plus
• Involvement in at least two Oracle EBS R12 implementations in Supply Chain or Financial modules
• Basic knowledge of SQL and related technical concepts
• Strong functional knowledge with deep understanding of setups, features, and test cycles
• Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and AWS
