Job Description

Manage and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources such as compute instances, storage, VCN, and databases.
Provide L2 support for cloud-related incidents and escalate complex issues to L3 teams.
Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud services.
Monitor cloud infrastructure using OCI monitoring tools and resolve performance alerts.
Configure and manage IAM policies, users, roles, and access controls.
Perform patching, updates, and security maintenance of cloud environments.
Troubleshoot networking, connectivity, and performance issues in OCI.
Assist in automation using Shell scripting, Python, and Terraform.
Support backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity processes.
Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with L3 teams and cross-functional stakeholders for issue resolution.
