Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Oracle Cloud - Oracle Channel Revenue Management (CHRM) professional, based in Hyderabad/Bengaluru/NCR, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves leading and managing Oracle CHRM modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams for system integration and implementation, providing expert consulting on business processes, and delivering solutions tailored to organizational needs. The selected candidate will also support system configurations, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience working on Oracle Channel Revenue Management module.
- Strong understanding of Business Process management and redesign.
- Proficiency in Consulting, including stakeholder communication and requirement gathering.
- Expertise with Oracle Channel Revenue Management (CHRM) - both SCM and Finance sides.
- Experience integrating with other subledger teams (AP, AR, Procurement and OM).
- Understanding of vendor rebate management, customer rebate management and claim settlement processes.
- Knowledge of Integration techniques and managing third-party integrations with Oracle Cloud.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud and CHRM systems are a plus.
- Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations is highly preferred.
