Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into CC&B functional designs.
Configure CC&B modules including:
- Rates & Rate Schedules
- Billing & Invoicing
- Metering & Meter Reads
- Payments, Adjustments & Refunds
- Collections & Disconnections
- Customer & Service Agreements
- Support end-to-end business processes such as new connections, move-in/move-out, billing cycles, and customer service workflows.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Provide functional guidance to business users and support teams.
- Strong experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B (Techno-Functional)
- Hands-on experience with Rates, Billing, Metering, Payments, and Collections
- Knowledge of CC&B data model and framework
- SQL/PLSQL proficiency
- Experience with CC&B integrations and batch processing
