We are seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining Oracle CC&B applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Perform system configuration and customization as per the business needs.
- Execute testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of the application.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CC&B related issues.
- Document technical specifications and maintain accurate records of changes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle CC&B development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database design principles.
- Experience with Oracle CC&B modules, configurations, and customizations.
- Familiarity with data migration processes and integration with other systems.
- Understanding of billing processes and utilities domain is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
