Job Description

Job Title        -   Oracle CC&B/CCS Solution Architect

Experience    -   10 – 15 Years  

Location        -   Remote

Notice           -    Immediate to 15 days

Requirements:

·        10+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B).

·        Strong expertise in utility business processes including Meter-to-Cash, Customer Service, Billing, Payments, Collections, and Revenue Management.

·        Hands-on experience with CC&B architecture, configuration, customization, workflows, algorithms, batch processing, and integrations.

·        Experience integrating CC&B with MDM, C2M, Oracle ERP, CRM, AMI, GIS, and external systems.

·        Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

·        Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies.

·        Knowledge of cloud migration, performance tuning, and enterprise architecture principles.
