Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in BRM, ECE, and PDC. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of the telecom BSS/OSS domain and experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of BRM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across multiple BRM modules Subscription Management, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Integrations.
- Translate business requirements into functional and low-level technical designs.
- Develop, configure, and customize BRM components and validate solution integrity through POCs and prototypes.
- Participate in full development lifecycle activities design, build, test, and deploy BRM configurations and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of BRM solutions.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, and working knowledge of Java technologies.
- Experience with Oracle BRM 12c/19c, PL/SQL, PCM Java, BRM Web Services, and scripting languages (Perl/Python).
- In-depth understanding of BRM Architecture and expertise in:
- Real-time and Offline Rating
- Product configuration using PDC
- General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Payment Handling, Taxation, and Discount Configuration
- Invoice Customization
- Hands-on experience with Policy Customization using PCM C or PCM Java, and writing MTAs.
- Experience in at least two BRM customer implementations (preferably large-scale telecom projects).
- Exposure to version control systems (SVN, GIT, CVS) and issue tracking tools (JIRA, Redmine).
Desirable Skills:
- Functional knowledge of RODOD, Prepaid, and Postpaid Billing systems.
- Strong understanding of Convergent Billing concepts and BSS/OSS ecosystem.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
