Oracle BRM Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM (Billing & Revenue Management) Developer with

strong hands-on experience in BRM configuration, customization, and telecom billing processes.

The candidate will be responsible for BRM development, integration, and performance

optimization across large-scale enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, customize, and enhance Oracle BRM components.
• Work on pricing configuration, PDC, pipelines, rating, invoicing, and billing flows.
• Build and customize Opcodes, PCM, DM components.
• Integrate BRM with OSS/BSS systems using Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Perform performance tuning of BRM applications and database.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Middleware, CRM, Database).

Required Skills & Expertise : 

• Strong experience in Oracle BRM (Billing, Rating, Pipeline Manager).
• Hands-on in Opcode development (C), PCM, PDC, ECE
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL/PL-SQL.
• Experience in API integrations and Web Services development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
