About the Role

Trinamix is seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle BIP Lead with expertise in SCM, Planning, and Finance modules to join our growing Oracle Cloud practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Oracle Fusion reporting solutions, analytics, and enterprise reporting architecture.

The role involves leading reporting and analytics initiatives for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality reporting solutions that support strategic business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle BIP and OTBI reporting solutions for SCM, Planning, and Finance modules.
  • Manage end-to-end reporting lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Develop and optimize:
    • BI Publisher Reports
    • OTBI Dashboards
    • Data Models
    • Bursting Reports
    • KPI and Analytics Solutions
  • Collaborate with business users and functional teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to reporting and development teams.
  • Ensure reporting standards, security policies, and best practices are followed across projects.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, XML templates, and advanced reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reporting-related issues.
  • Coordinate with integration and technical teams for data extraction and reporting integrations.
  • Support production deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and user training materials.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project governance discussions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion reporting technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
    • OTBI
    • Oracle Fusion Reporting
    • Oracle ERP Cloud Reporting
  • Strong functional understanding of:
    • SCM
    • Supply Planning
    • Finance modules
  • Expertise in:
    • SQL
    • XML Publisher
    • RTF/XSL Templates
    • Data Models
    • Bursting Configuration
  • Experience developing enterprise-level dashboards, analytics, and operational reports.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data structures and subject areas.
  • Experience leading reporting teams and enterprise implementations.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), FAW, or FDI.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, Planning, and Finance business processes.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience working on global Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
