Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect solutions using Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) 7.3.x or later and Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM) 7.3.x or later.

Define end-to-end architecture for order orchestration, service fulfillment, and inventory management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.

Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Optimize system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams on OSM/UIM best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in solution architecture with strong focus on Oracle Communications Suite.

Hands-on expertise in:

o Oracle OSM 7.3.x or later

o Oracle UIM 7.3.x or later

Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in XQuery/XML for OSM/UIM customizations.

Solid programming experience in Java for integration and extension development.

Excellent understanding of telecom order management and inventory processes.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing solutions for large-scale telecom environments.

Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud deployment strategies.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
