Oracle APTS Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Oracle APTS Trainer. The Oracle APTS Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions on Oracle APTS modules. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting one-on-one and group training, customizing training content based on organizational needs, and troubleshooting learner queries. The trainer will also evaluate participant performance, provide progress feedback, and stay updated with Oracle APTS advancements to refine training methodologies.

• Expertise in Oracle APTS, including hands-on experience with its various modules.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering complex content to diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience in developing training materials, conducting workshops, and customizing training based on specific needs.
• Adaptability to quickly grasp new updates and developments in Oracle APTS and integrate them into training programs.
• Proficiency in analyzing participant performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Organization skills to manage schedules, training sessions, and documentation effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A certification in Oracle APTS is highly desirable.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentorship experience in IT is advantageous.
