Oracle Apps Technical Lead to serve as the technical anchor for our offshore engineering team. The role involves bridging high-level architecture with hands-on execution, ensuring seamless integrations across
Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and middleware platforms like Boomi. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to drive delivery excellence and team growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development lifecycle for integrations across Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and third-party systems
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for onshore stakeholders and leadership teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions
- Design and implement integration patterns across ERP, e-commerce, WMS, and cloud platforms
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing offshore development team
- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, performance, and security
- Drive Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and CI/CD
- Integrate AI-driven tools to improve development efficiency, testing, and support processes
Required Skills
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS Financials and SCM modules
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow
- Experience working with Salesforce technologies including Apex, LWC, and API integrations
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Boomi or similar iPaaS tools like MuleSoft or Kafka
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience in designing enterprise-level integrations across cloud and on-premise systems
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams
Good To Have
- Functional understanding of SCM processes such as Order Management and Procurement
- Knowledge of Financial processes including AP, AR, and GL
- Experience integrating ERP systems with e-commerce platforms and WMS solutions
- Exposure to AI-driven development tools and automation practices
Project Experience
- Experience delivering 2–3 full lifecycle implementations involving Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and integrated systems
