Oracle APPS - Support Specialist

What you will do

• Provide support for Oracle APPS modules, assisting users with inquiries and issues.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle applications in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to document problems and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing.
• Assist in testing new releases and features of Oracle applications to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of Oracle APPS.

What we look for

Required

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Oracle applications and database concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle APPS or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
