Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps R12 professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing and supporting Oracle Applications R12, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle Applications R12 modules as per business requirements.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing Oracle R12 applications.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop technical specifications and conduct design reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle R12 applications.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-12 years of experience working with Oracle Applications R12.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or Human Resources.
- Experience in Oracle Application implementation, upgrades, and support.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle database management.
- Familiarity with Oracle Workflow and forms customization.
- Understanding of business processes and how they integrate with Oracle Applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
