A fast-moving IT services and enterprise ERP consulting firm focused on delivering Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and analytics solutions to large enterprises. We manage end-to-end ERP platform operationsdatabase administration, EBS lifecycle management, business intelligence (OBIEE) and financial services analyticsensuring high availability, security, and performance for mission-critical landscapes.
We are hiring an experienced Oracle Apps DBA to join an on-site India team supporting EBS, OBIEE and OFSAA/OFSA integrations across development, test and production environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Database administration for on-premise ERP landscapespatching, patchsets, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Perform backup and recovery design and operations using RMAN and Data Guard; execute DR drills and restore validation.
- Administer and tune Oracle RAC clusters, ensure capacity planning and optimize database performance for ERP workloads.
- Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot OBIEE/Oracle BI components and integrations with EBS; handle BI server configuration and report delivery issues.
- Execute EBS cloning, EBS patch application, Autoconfig, AD utilities and resolve concurrent manager and workflow issues.
- Implement monitoring, alerting and runbook automation via OEM/Grid Control and custom scripts; collaborate with application and infrastructure teams for incident resolution.

Additional Qualifications
- Proven track record supporting enterprise Oracle EBS and BI landscapes in production (24x7) environments; experience with EBS cloning, patching and Autoconfig workflows.
- Strong Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- On-site presence required in India for implementation windows, DR drills and escalations.
