Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership on Oracle Applications R12 projects.
Work across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and iProcurement modules with strong techno-functional knowledge.
Utilize tools like PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Interfaces to develop solutions.
Understand end-to-end business flows in Oracle Applications and deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
Provide multi-country and multi-OU support for clients.
Translate business requirements into standard or custom Oracle solutions.
Prepare test scripts, training manuals, and functional specification documents following AIM methodology.
Create and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for code fixes, data fixes, and standard functionality issues, tracking them to closure.
Utilize incident management tools and manage ticket statuses (e.g., User Wait, Testing).
