Immediately Required Oracle Apex Developer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle APEX Low Code Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle APEX development, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining APEX applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Oracle APEX developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Work closely with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Create and maintain database objects such as tables, views, and procedures as needed for application functionality.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications are accessible on various devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other developers.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle APEX and low-code development.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing applications and development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX development.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database concepts, PL/SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in Oracle APEX, including version 20.x and above.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Experience with web development technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of RESTful web services and API integrations.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in migrating legacy applications to Oracle APEX.
- Certification in Oracle APEX or related technologies.
