Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy APEX-based web applications.
- Write and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Build interactive dashboards, forms, and reports in Oracle APEX.
- Integrate APEX applications with RESTful web services, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing APEX applications and support production issues.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of total experience, with hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.
- Strong Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL programming skills.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end customization.
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON/XML integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) deployment.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Autonomous Database.
- Exposure to BI Publisher or APEX plug-ins.
- Understanding of security best practices in Oracle APEX applications.
