Job Profile
- Understand project requirements thoroughly and develop high-quality application code using Oracle APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Develop, test, and deploy computer applications, including web and mobile-ready solutions, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications before development and document all code, test results, and deployment steps.
- Perform unit testing, log issues, troubleshoot defects, and ensure the code meets quality expectations.
- Incorporate review comments and update code, test packs, and documentation as required.
- Participate in application development lifecyclerequirement analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and post-rollout support.
- Conduct problem analysis and provide effective technical resolutions for application-level issues.
- Install software systems, coordinate deployments, and monitor application behavior to ensure alignment with business and technical specifications.
- Support third-party software integrations, including testing, training, documentation, and operational support.
- Collaborate with team members in design discussions, technical reviews, and progress meetings.
- Handle bug fixing, performance tuning, and optimization of existing APEX applications.
Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Practical experience in analyzing requirements and converting them into functional Oracle APEX applications.
- Proficiency in Oracle APEX development, including creating forms, reports, interactive pages, dynamic actions, and UI components.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills for writing procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
- Experience with debugging tools, unit testing, and troubleshooting application issues.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON/XML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS for enhancing APEX applications.
- Ability to create technical documentation, test scripts, and deployment notes.
- Understanding of version control tools (Git) and deployment environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand project flow, follow coding standards, and deliver within deadlines.
