Role: Oracle APEX Developer – APEX + AI

Exp: Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX development experience.

Location- Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida and Pune

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer with strong expertise in Oracle APEX, AI-enabled application development, and Oracle database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.
Build AI-enabled features within APEX applications, such as intelligent search, document summarization, chat interfaces, recommendations, automation, and natural-language interactions.
Integrate APEX applications with AI/LLM services, REST APIs, Oracle AI services, and external systems.
Develop and optimize Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and database objects.
Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces using APEX Universal Theme, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dynamic Actions, and custom components.
Work directly with clients to understand business processes, provide technical recommendations, and manage delivery expectations.
Troubleshoot application, performance, integration, and security issues.
Follow coding standards, version-control practices, and secure development guidelines.

Required Skills

7+ years of Oracle APEX development experience.

Strong expertise in Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, and RESTful web services.

Experience developing AI-powered applications or integrating APEX with Generative AI/LLM platforms.

Experience with Oracle AI services, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI services, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms is preferred.

Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, and REST APIs.

Experience with Oracle ORDS, APEX REST Data Sources, and integration with third-party applications.

Strong knowledge of APEX security, authentication, authorization, session management, and performance tuning.

Ability to independently handle development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Autonomous Database.

Oracle APEX certification or Oracle Database certification.
