Oracle Apex

We are seeking an Oracle Apex Developer with 4-8 years of experience in building and maintaining applications. The ideal candidate will be an expert in SQL and PL/SQL and have hands-on experience with Oracle Apex. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and providing production support for a wide variety of Apex applications, ensuring they are both high-performing and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design and create Apex pages, including master-detail forms, tabular forms, and interactive reports. You will use HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS to build web user interfaces and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code specifically for Apex.
• Data Management: Create processes and scripts to load data from flat files into the Oracle database. You should have a strong understanding of Oracle concepts such as Materialized Views, Indexes, and Constraints to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Production Support: Provide ongoing production support for Apex applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to performance and response times.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Capture, analyze, and document business requirements. You will also follow best practices to track changes and synchronize development and production environments, ensuring a smooth deployment process.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 4-8 years of experience with Oracle Apex development.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, MCA, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Oracle with SQL, PL/SQL, and concepts like performance views and data dictionaries.
• Hands-on experience with Apex themes, templates, data upload tools, and pages.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and AJAX for web UI design.
• Familiarity with EBS systems is a plus.
• Personal Attributes: You must be able to perform a wide variety of duties with speed and accuracy under pressure. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
