About the Role

Trinamix is looking for an experienced and analytical FAW / FDI / FAIDP Consultant to join our growing Oracle Cloud analytics practice. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and FAIDP architecture, along with hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, develop, and implement enterprise analytics and reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle FAW / FDI analytics and reporting solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reports using Oracle Analytics tools.
• Configure and manage data pipelines, subject areas, and semantic models within FAW/FDI environments.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization activities.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with FAW/FDI platforms.
• Develop custom reports and analytics for ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data governance and reporting standards.
• Troubleshoot reporting and analytics-related issues and provide production support.
• Prepare technical documentation, data mapping documents, and user training materials.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Oracle Analytics and reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
  • Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
  • FAIDP architecture and analytics framework
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models and subject areas.
• Experience in building dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations.
• Knowledge of ETL/data integration concepts and data warehousing principles.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX business processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledge of data governance and master data management concepts.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Oracle certifications in FAW, FDI, OAC, or Oracle Cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
