Position: Oracle AIA Developer / Lead

Experience: 6 – 12 Years

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle AIA Developer / Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) and Oracle SOA Suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions, with a focus on O2C and AABC Process Integration Packs (PIPs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Oracle AIA integration solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution design
  • Lead implementation of O2C (Order-to-Cash) and AABC PIPs
  • Configure and customize AIA Process Integration Packs (PIPs)
  • Work with AIA Foundation Pack, Enterprise Business Objects (EBO), and Service Constructor
  • Develop and maintain integrations using:
    • Oracle AIA
    • Oracle SOA Suite
    • BPEL
    • XSLT
  • Ensure adherence to integration best practices and standards
  • Perform system integration testing and support QA activities
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
  • Act as SME for Oracle AIA and SOA technologies
Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle AIA (Application Integration Architecture)
  • Expertise in:
    • Oracle SOA Suite
    • BPEL
    • XSLT
  • Experience with:
    • AIA Foundation Pack
    • Enterprise Business Objects (EBO)
    • AIA Service Constructor
  • Proven experience in implementing:
    • O2C (Order-to-Cash)
    • AABC PIPs
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns
  • Experience in system integration testing and validation
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Desirable Skills

  • Experience in large-scale enterprise integration projects
  • Familiarity with middleware and distributed systems architecture
  • Knowledge of API integrations and web services
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
