Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Optometrist for a full-time, on-site role at our location in Yelahanka. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and managing eye health conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing personalized consultations to ensure optimal vision care. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and work closely with other team members to meet the fast-paced needs of our valued clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with health standards.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing vision and ocular health conditions
• Expertise in prescribing corrective lenses and managing patient care in a professional and empathetic manner
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for providing patient education and building trust
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced, customer-focused environment
• Valid Optometry degree and licensure in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Prior experience in a retail or clinical optometry setting is an advantage
