Specsmakers offers a wide range of products and services that combine style, comfort, and accurate vision support. The brand emphasizes personalized experiences, helping individuals choose eyewear that fits both their lifestyle and visual needs. At Specsmakers, eyewear is seen as a way to Frame Your World, not just a functional accessory.

The role involves maintaining clinical records, adhering to professional and company protocols, and collaborating with store teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused eye care. The Optometrist is expected to stay updated on new products and eye care best practices to support both clinical accuracy and an excellent in-store experience.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain eye conditions and treatment options in a clear, empathetic manner.
  • Customer service focus, with the ability to work collaboratively in a retail environment and support sales teams while maintaining clinical standards.
  • Attention to detail, record-keeping accuracy, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optometry from a recognized institution; valid registration or license as applicable.
