Salary- ₹2.7–5 LPA (Based on your interview )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct eye tests and explain prescriptions.
• Recommend suitable lenses and frames.
• Handle customers and resolve concerns.
• Achieve sales and eye-test conversion targets.
• Support upselling/cross-selling.
• Manage stock takes, POS, returns and store SOPs.
• Lens/frame fitting and quality checks

ELIGIBILITY

• Diploma/Degree in Optometry is mandatory.
• Fresher/experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with both optometry and sales.
• Customer-oriented, adaptable and willing to learn.
