Roles And Responsibilities :-

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams (refraction, vision testing)
• Identify vision issues (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia)
• Suggest corrective lenses (spectacles/contact lenses)
• Detect early signs of eye conditions and refer to ophthalmologists if needed
• Understand customer lifestyle (screen time, driving, reading habits)
• Recommend suitable lenses (anti-glare, blue-cut, progressive lenses)
• Guide customers on frame selection based on face shape & comfort
• Educate customers about eye health and lens care

Eligibility & Requirements

● Degree in Optometry is mandatory (B.Optom / M.Optom / Diploma in Optometry)

● Valid certification to practice as an Optometrist

● 0–5 years of experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals can apply)

● Good communication skills in English (local language is a plus)

● Customer-friendly, professional, and detail-oriented

● Willingness to work in a retail store environment
