Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist located in Hyderabad. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems or eye diseases, prescribing corrective lenses and eyeglasses, and providing treatment for common eye conditions. The Optometrist will also educate patients on eye care, assist in the management of eyewear inventory, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing vision problems
• Proficiency in prescribing corrective lenses and treatment plans
• Excellent patient communication and education skills
• Ability to manage eyewear inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Degree in Optometry or a related field from a recognized institution
• Relevant licensure or certification to practice as an Optometrist
• Experience in a clinical or retail setting is a plus
