Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optometrist based in Mumbai. The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and treat eye conditions, and recommend appropriate vision care solutions. Responsibilities include educating patients about eye health, prescribing corrective lenses, and ensuring accurate fitting and adjustments. Collaboration with the retail team to offer excellent customer service and support is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems, and identifying eye-related health conditions
• Knowledge of contact lens fitting, prescription of corrective lenses, and expertise in optometric equipment usage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with team members
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accurate diagnosis and prescriptions
• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification
• State licensure or certification to practice optometry
• Experience in a clinical or retail optometry setting is a plus
• Dedication to providing excellent patient care and enhancing customer satisfaction
