Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Optometrist role based in Maharashtra, India. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing visual conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing treatment or referrals for eye-related issues. Additional responsibilities include educating customers on eye health, assisting with frame and lens selection, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to ensure customers have a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting detailed eye examinations and diagnosing vision disorders
• Knowledge of prescribing corrective lenses and treatments for eye-related issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient care
• Ability to educate customers about eye health and provide recommendations based on individual needs
• Experience in using optical tools and familiarity with the latest technological advancements in optometry
• A valid Optometry license in India
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Optometry or a related field
• Prior experience in retail optical settings is a plus
