Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct eye examinations to evaluate and diagnose vision issues.
  • Perform various tests including refraction, retinoscopy, and tonometry.
  • Provide prescriptions for corrective lenses or other treatments.
  • Consult with patients to offer advice on their eye health and proper eyecare.
  • Monitor patients for any signs of eye diseases or conditions that may require further treatment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Optometry.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in performing refraction and retinoscopy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work independently.
  • Valid license to practice optometry in Karnataka, India.
