Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Home Eye Examinations: Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity, refraction and basic ocular health screening at patients homes.
2. Clinical Screening: Identify potential eye conditions and refer patients to ophthalmologists for further evaluation whenever required.
3. Patient Counselling: Educate patients on eye health, eyewear, preventive care and recommended treatment pathways.
4. Surgical Care Coordination: Support LASIK and cataract care pathways through pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups.
5. Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate digital patient records, examination findings and prescriptions.
6. Patient Experience: Ensure professional, punctual and patient-centric delivery of home eye care services.
7. Operational Coordination: Coordinate daily home visits, appointments and follow-ups with the Eyesphere operations team.
8. Clinical Compliance: Follow established clinical protocols, equipment safety standards and ethical practices.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's or Diploma in Optometry.
- Strong skills in refraction and comprehensive eye examinations.
- Good communication and patient counselling skills.
- Comfortable with home visits across Noida.
- Ability to use standard optometric equipment and digital patient records.
- Prior clinical or home-care experience preferred.
