Job Overview:
- The Optimizely Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced e-commerce features within the Optimizely Commerce Cloud platform.
- Their work includes managing product catalogs, pricing structures, promotional campaigns, order workflows, and customer data.
- 50% of their work will be focused on building new features/enhancements and 50% on maintenance support.
- They will also develop custom modules using C#, .NET Core, and the Optimizely framework.
- The Developer will integrate Optimizely Commerce with external systems such as ERP, PIM, CRM, payment gateways, and shipping providers using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development using .NET/ C#
- Proficient in SQL Server
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Optimizely Commerce Cloud (NOT ONLY CMS)
- Focus on **custom implementation** rather than Optimizely configure
- Proficiency in Optimizely Commerce architecture, including product modeling, catalog management, pricing engine, promotion engine, order system, and payment framework

Compensation:
25 to 46 lakh per annum - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
