Cloud Cost Optimization Overview

Our team is focused on cloud resource optimization, ensuring efficient usage of compute, memory, storage, and other cloudnative components.

We are seeking an Engineer with strong analytical ability, deep troubleshooting skills, and handson experience across public cloud platforms, automation tools.

What Your DaytoDay Will Look Like

Apply FinOps practices to analyze cloud spending, cost allocation, and tagging hygiene.

Work with cloud billing models, including OnDemand, Reserved Instances, and Savings Plans.

Review and optimize resource utilization across multiple accounts, subscriptions, and regions.

Build detailed usage and cost reports, propose optimization strategies, and implement approved changes.

Communicate findings and recommendations with business and technical stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams including Cloud, Platform, DevOps, Security, and Product teams.

Cloud Platforms:

Experience with AWS (primary platform), with working knowledge of Azure or GCP an added advantage.

Additional Valuable Skills

Strong documentation practices.

Awareness of cloud security principles.

Understanding of CI/CD concepts.

Experience working with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
