Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting optical products, driving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store experience. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Sales
  • Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories based on needs and budget
  • Explain lens options, coatings, and ongoing offers clearly
  • Provide personalized recommendations, including frame selection using Visufit 1000
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
  • Stay updated on optical products and trends
  • Store Operations
  • Handle billing, order processing, and job card entries
  • Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
  • Support inventory checks and report discrepancies
  • Customer Follow-up & After-Sales Service
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and pending purchases
  • Handle customer queries, repairs, and warranty support
  • Maintain customer database for future engagement
  • Optical Dispensing
  • Verify prescriptions and ensure accurate fitting
  • Conduct quality checks before delivery
  • Guide customers on eyewear usage and care
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain sales records and CRM updates (Zoho CRM)
  • Update attendance/leave records in HRMS (Keka)
  • Support store operations as required
