- Customer Service & Sales
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories based on needs and budget
- Explain lens options, coatings, and ongoing offers clearly
- Provide personalized recommendations, including frame selection using Visufit 1000
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Stay updated on optical products and trends
- Store Operations
- Handle billing, order processing, and job card entries
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
- Support inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Customer Follow-up & After-Sales Service
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and pending purchases
- Handle customer queries, repairs, and warranty support
- Maintain customer database for future engagement
- Optical Dispensing
- Verify prescriptions and ensure accurate fitting
- Conduct quality checks before delivery
- Guide customers on eyewear usage and care
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain sales records and CRM updates (Zoho CRM)
- Update attendance/leave records in HRMS (Keka)
- Support store operations as required
