We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in OPT roles while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for OPT roles in various industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to guide them through the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates suitability for OPT positions.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and manage their expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and OPT regulations to ensure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in OPT or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of OPT regulations and processes.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle recruitment challenges effectively.
