Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented OPT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting OPT, H1B, GC, and H4EAD consultants for bench marketing and client requirements. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of the US staffing process, and the ability to build long-term consultant relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit OPT, H1B, GC, and H4EAD candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive consultants for bench marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding marketing, interview scheduling, and placement activities.
- Post job requirements on various job portals and maintain updated candidate databases.
- Explain job opportunities, company benefits, and visa-related processes to consultants.
- Negotiate pay rates and coordinate interviews with vendors and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants for long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with internal bench sales and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding and placement processes.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in OPT Hiring and US IT Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of H1 Transfer, Bench Sales, W2, and visa processes.
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong team player with a result-oriented approach.

- 4–7 years of experience in OPT Recruitment / US Staffing.
