About the Role
Cloud Resources LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced OPT Recruiter to join our growing US IT Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and marketing OPT candidates across various IT technologies, with a strong understanding of US recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit OPT candidates for US-based IT requirements
- Maintain and build a strong pipeline of OPT consultants across technologies
- Coordinate with candidates for documentation, visa details, and compliance
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews and technical validations
- Submit qualified profiles to internal sales/marketing teams or vendors
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and internal databases
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Ensure compliance with OPT regulations and company recruitment policies
Required Experience
- 35 years of experience in OPT Recruitment (US IT Staffing)
- Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM Extension, H1Tranfers, GC, and USC processes
- Hands-on experience working with US IT requirements
