Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Mode Of Interview: In person

What We're Looking For:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in OPT recruitment and US IT staffing.

Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H-1B, and other US work authorization categories.

Proven experience sourcing quality candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.

Ability to engage, convince, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
