This full-time on-site position, based in Monmouth Junction, NJ, is for an OPT Recruiter. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring OPT candidates through various job boards, networking, and referrals. Responsibilities include building strong candidate relationships, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring compliance with company and client hiring standards. Additionally, the recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to fulfill project requirements and deliver top-quality talent to clients.

• Recruitment expertise, specifically in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in leveraging job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting tools for candidate sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines and ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic requirements.
• Familiarity with IT roles and technologies is highly preferred.
• Experience in working with OPT/EAD candidates is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant domains such as Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
