Career Advisor – US Shift

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (Onsite) Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday) Experience: 1–4 years Immediate joiners preferred

Role Summary

We are looking for a Career Advisor who can confidently interact with US candidates, guide them on career options, and convert leads through clear communication and basic sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Talk to US candidates and understand their career needs, Explain services in a clear and confident manner
• Improve and review resumes as per US standards, Guide candidates on interviews and job roles
• Handle followups and convert leads, Maintain daily call notes and reports
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates, Conduct interviews.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic sales or counselling experience
• Good listening and explanation skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• High energy and passion for helping candidates
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Ability to work in night shift
