Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for Operations & Projects, based in Hosur. The intern will assist in managing daily operations, overseeing projects, and supporting sales activities. Responsibilities include operational planning, tactical project execution, data analysis to optimize processes, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Basic knowledge or experience in Sales to support revenue and growth initiatives.
• Understanding of Operations Management to oversee and improve functional efficiency.
• Project Management abilities to contribute to planning, implementation, and monitoring of organizational projects.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
