What will you do
- Work with Founder / Team in recruitment, including drafting JDs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing applicant pipelines.
- Assist with client outreach, preparing pitch decks, managing communication, scheduling meetings, and maintaining CRM records.
- Contribute to marketing activities, including coordinating social media content, assisting in campaigns, and tracking performance.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and help streamline internal processes to improve overall efficiency.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and act as an extended arm of the founder for agency initiatives.
