We are hiring an Ops Coordinator to drive execution across multiple service verticals, ensuring requests are researched thoroughly, coordinated efficiently, and delivered with accuracy and speed.
This is a highly execution-oriented role responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across customer support, travel management, meal management, bespoke requests, vendor partnerships, lifestyle services, and service delivery functions.
The ideal candidate comes from a strong operations, customer operations, business operations, coordination, research, or service delivery background and thrives in fast-moving, detail-oriented environments.
What You Will Own
- Coordinate and manage execution across multiple service categories and operational functions
- Conduct research, sourcing, benchmarking, and solution discovery based on customer requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers
- Obtain quotations, compare options, negotiate where required, and present recommendations
- Track ongoing requests, deliverables, timelines, and execution quality
- Drive seamless coordination between customers, vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Support service delivery across travel, dining, experiences, home services, appointments, events, and bespoke requests
- Maintain operational trackers, documentation, databases, and reporting frameworks
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication across stakeholders
- Identify execution bottlenecks and escalate risks before they impact service quality
- Support process improvements, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and operational excellence across all assigned tasks
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Customer Operations, Program Coordination, Project Coordination, Client Servicing, Research, Vendor Management, Executive Support, or similar functions
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational systems
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
- High ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Preferred Experience
- Experience in startups, consumer internet, marketplaces, customer operations, concierge services, service businesses, hospitality-tech, or tech-enabled operations environments
- Exposure to vendor management, sourcing, procurement, partner management, or service delivery operations
- Experience handling cross-functional projects and coordination-heavy roles
- Familiarity with operational reporting, process improvement, and workflow management
