legacy .NET ecosystems , and
GitLab (SCM + CI/CD) , with a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven L3 application support experience in Windows Server environments (non-negotiable).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Windows Server administration
- IIS configuration & tuning
- Windows Services lifecycle and troubleshooting
- Legacy Microsoft ecosystems (e.g., .NET 2.0/3.5, IIS 7.0)
- Windows patching and update management at scale.
- ITIL process familiarity; practical experience with major ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
- Exposure to AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- DevOps fundamentals : CI/CD, version control, scripting, environment promotion.
- Infrastructure-as-Code and automation: Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK, CloudFormation.
- GitLab and GITHUB (SCM + CI/CD) hands-on experiencepipelines, runners, artifacts, approvals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in production-critical settings.
- Flexibility to support post-business hours deployments, weekends, public holidays, and on-call rotations.
