Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Overall experience of 20 plus years
- Lead E2E delivery/account management role for large accounts, Mandatory BFS experience
- Managing major BFS account portfolio (like $ 30 M) with P&L handling
- Digital /AI knowledge is critical advantage for this portfolio
- Support account mining, expansion initiatives, and delivery excellence programs.
- Manage distributed teams and ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
