Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development:
- Design and implement custom applications using Salesforce Lightning (Aura and LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Build and customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, triggers, and validation rules.
- CRM and DMS Customization:
- Dealer Management System (DMS) solutions integrated with Salesforce CRM.
- Configure and enhance lead management, sales processes, and partner management features.
- Case Management:
- Implement and optimize Case Management systems for efficient issue tracking, resolution, and reporting.
- Integrate Service Cloud features to enhance customer support and case lifecycle management.
- Integrations:
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and third-party applications.
- Work with middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) for seamless data transfer.
- Testing & Deployment:
- Develop unit tests, conduct system testing, and ensure comprehensive code coverage.
- Documentation:
- To gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for solutions delivered.
